How do I identify the premium for family owner?

How do I identify the premium for family owner?

I know I set it up on my email account - but when I log in I get a message saying:
"Spotify Premium

Your account is part of a family plan, please refer to the Premium for Family owner to manage your plan."

So what's going on?  I want to add a couple of my children to the account but can't 😞

1. Go to your account page

 

2. Click 'manage'

 

3.Click on an available empty slot

 

4. Click 'Invite Member by Link', or, enter the email of the person you want to invite and click 'send invite'

It is telling me that I need to refer to the family owner to manage my plan.  I am the owner - but it doesn't seem to be recognising me as such so I can't manage it. 

How do I sort this?  

I am having this issue too -- I am the owner but am asked to refer to the Premium for Family owner to manage my plan. My son somehow got suddenly kicked out and I need to check this settings or add him back inside but I can't.

I have same issue. Why is there no spotify response to this?  am i missing something?

I am certain I am the owner as I am the one playing the bill.  How do I check to see who is the owner and connect to that account?

what the heck, where's the support spotify??

No kidding.  Maybe I should cancel my family subscription while spotify tries to figure out if they should respond.  Then when I get a response I can reconnect.  In the meantime I wouild hate to realize there are many other streaming option services I can use.

Mine ended up being on my kids account since they were the ones to originally request the upgrade to premium.

+1 no idea how to find out who the owner is. I don't share this account with anyone...

I have the same problem- has anyone here been able to solve it or had any response from Spotify support? I'm on the verge of cancelling at this point.

I have exactly the same problem - I want to add my daughter but can’t because it says only the manager can do this
