I am not able to add my relatives on my premium account

I am not able to add my relatives on my premium account

After setting up my account of Spotify for Family, I am not able to add any one family. I have followed the instructions on the site, logged in on different divices, including a desktop pc. When I go to my account page and choose Premium for family, the page stays blank.

This is already taking up to much of my time, there is no phone number available, so please hurry hurry and answer my question.

Hey @corinecevat,

have you tried to use an incognito tab, clear the cookies of your browser and use another browser?.

When this doesn't work, you should try to use another internet connection (e.g. cellular data instead of WiFi).

with safari it doesn't work but with firefox it is okay ! thank you

I have no worries any more as I immediately closed my account and asked my money back 😉
