I can't join in Familiar Plan

I can't join in Familiar Plan

 

Hello Spotify Community,

I am part of a family plan with my wife and my mother-in-law. At some point my mother-in-law did not confirm the proof-of-address email, so she was excluded from our plan. Today, even sending the invitation again, she can never confirm the email, and the attached message appears. I need help to try to solve the problem, we live in the same address, but for some reason she can not have the account.

I count on the help of Spotify
