I can't join the Family Plan my husband has done

My husband has created and paid for an Family Plan , but when I try to accept the email request  , I receive a warning message saying that I was not allowed to join in , How can this happen ? My husband is already paying for it ...This is the second problem I have with family plan , in the other time , my account was just banned from my husband's famili plan and I couldn't solve it...we've decided to try again , but as I can see , family plan for Spotify doesn't work!

Please help me to solve it , or we will cancel it.

Welcome to the Community. Let's see what we can do.

 

Here are some things to check first:

  • If you’re accepting the invite on the same device it was sent from, make sure the owner who sent the invite has logged out of their account page first.
  • If you didn’t receive an email with the link, be sure to check your junk/spam folders. 

Additionally, we recommend you check out this page. Especially the part that says 'The invite isn't working'.
