I got removed from family subscription

I got removed from family subscription

I forgot to reconfirm my adress in 7 days and I got removed.

 

I got the new invitation, but now its saying that I cant get back to the family subscription...

Hey @Slash93,

 

I'd recommend reaching out to Support so they can manually confirm that you do reside at the same address as the plan owner.

 

And next time, don't ignore that email 😉

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
