I had a premium account and now i want to be part of family subscription

Hi i cancel my premium account and now I want to be part of my mom's family subscription, I try to subscribe but it doesn't work (also they ask me for the zip code, and we live in Colombia and we don't have zip code here I don't know if this is why it doesn't work.
