I have been served several ads on my premium family account

I have been served several ads on my premium family account

I have been served several unskippable Ads through the iOS mobile app on my iPhone 13. The first occurrence was after a podcast finished and an ad was played. I have a screenshot of this happening. This morning I was listening to one of my own songs (I am an artist) that is hosted on Spotify and once the song concluded I was served an unskippable ad. I have confirmed that my payment went through this past month. None of the other family members on my account have experienced this issue. This is extremely unacceptable, Spotify has violated me as a customer. I am paying for no ads, why am I being served advertisements on my premium account? I have been a Spotify member for almost a decade.

Try logging into your Spotify profile on your browser here with your email. Your username will be displayed after you login.

 

After that, check the status of your subscription. If everything looks ok, logout of the app in your device, and be sure to use that username, instead of your email address, to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.
