I have upgraded to premium family but can't download. Out of devices

I have upgraded to premium family but can't download. Out of devices

I upgraded my account to a premium family account. However, I can't download and listen offline because i am told 'you're out of offline devices' We are a family of 6 so I can't see how we are out of devices?

Thanks for reaching out.

 

First of all, you can remove the offline music from devices you no longer need it on by going into the Spotify app > Settings > Storage > Remove all downloads.

 

Also, I recommend making sure that all of your family members are logged into theor own accounts instead of the same one. That way, each of them will get their own limit of devices where offline music can be downloaded on.
