My Question or Issue

I joined a family premium plan and members are unable to join my account 

- I was under a different family manager 12 months ago

- i renewed my account after the 12 months passed and became the family manager

- i want to invite the same family members but the attached error is seen by them. they are not able to join my premium family account even though they have not switched family accounts within the 12 month period.

Hey @sm9999,

 

Thanks for the screenshot. Can you please send a new invite to the family member and have them try again? 🙂

If the issue persists, please ask them to give it a try on another device and/or in another browser.

My bad! I edited the thread to update it with the error's screenshot. Also posted the screenshot here.
