I looked at my sons account today it says free but he is in my family plan

I looked at my sons account today it says free but he is in my family plan

I have deleted him and readded him to family and still free account not family

I have the same. Very, very frustrating! I want to add my wife's phone to the family account but:

 

1. I see my own username in her email address field and cannot change it (nor can I change it anywhere else)

 

2. In my administrator account it says she is member already. However, when I log in on her phone it still says that it is a free account. When trying to play tracks it refuses and the SHUFFLE buttom trembles. Help! Spotify, it is so frustrating not to have a help desk to get this resolved. Your process is not seemless and yet I am left without any help from your part. It is a paid service!

I am going to cancel my membership soon this is stupid nothing has been done about it
