Now : it is became to free after I missed verification letter from Spotify system.

My Question or Issue

My original Spotify account is family premium account on May. But now is changed from family premium account by Spotify system because I missed the verification letter from system. Even my family resend the invitation letter to me again, I still can not join into my family premium group account. Can I ask how I deal with this problems? Thank you!

I'd recommend reaching out to Support to have them perform a manual address verification:

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
