I paid for the premium family plan, but I am not receiving premium!!!

Hi, 

     I am very upset as I just spent the $15 that was already taken out of my account buying the premium family plan and it's not working. Not only did it not give ME premium... it will not allow me to add my family (who yes live at the same address as me). Every time I click the link to "add family members" it takes me back to the link to purchase the plan. Again. No, I paid for it, now I want it to work or give me my money back immediately.

That doesn't seem right. I guess you have received an email for confirmation.

Why don't you try entering in a web browser (possibly pc/mac) this link, replacing the xs with the code you received per email: https://www.spotify.com/family/redeem/?token=xxxxxxxxxxxxx

That doesn't seem right. I guess you have received an email for confirmation.

Why don't you try entering in a web browser (possibly pc/mac) this link, replacing the xs with the code you received per email: https://www.spotify.com/family/redeem/?token=xxxxxxxxxxxxx
