I Made a mistake when I packed the pupils and 3 of them were at the end and 3 of them were withdrawn at 7.24tl

Are you able to see the current status of the charges made to your account? If they show as pending, it means they haven't gone through yet.

If you don't have Premium, the pending payments hsould get back to you soon.

When the funds are back into your account, try signing up for Premium again using an incognito window to see if it helps.
