I want to switch to an annual plan for a family premium

I want to switch to an annual plan for a family premium

The option isn't available - I didn't get any emails that the card details didn't work and now have to redo the entire process. Is there no way to roll over the members?

Thanks for reaching out.


The availability of such offers can change over time and vary by country/region.

 

Unfortunately, when a Premium Family/Duo plan ends, all members are being removed from the plan and will have to be invited again when a new plan is being started on the same account.
