Issue playing on multiple devices with Family

Issue playing on multiple devices with Family

 

 

I have the family plan for my wife and me.  We only play over our phones (iPhone 6s).  My phone is logged in under my name and hers is logged in under hers.  We are not able to listen to music at the same time and get an error message every time we try that  says "your account is being used elsewhere." 

 

I am assuming there is a login issue somewhere but have no idea where to look. 

 

Any help would be appreciated because paying for family but not getting the benefits of it sucks.

Hey @pdavis10,

 

It sounds like all family members are trying to use the same Spotify account to listen to music at the same time. To be able to listen to music at the same time, all family members need to have their own Spotify account. If they don't have a Spotify account yet, they can sign up on http://spoti.fi/2e1FH6k.
