Spotify Premium Family - Active members and inactive members

Spotify Premium Family - Active members and inactive members

I have subscribed to Spotify Premium Family for more than a year and until then it was working correctly. A few days ago some of the members were left with the Free account and excluded from the Family plan. I have sent new invitations, some have been able to reactivate the service, but others have not. Can you explain what's going on? Everyone lives in the same house ... I ask you to give me a quick and satisfactory answer, otherwise I give up on Spotify.

I have the same problem. Everyone was switched to free account few days ago and we couldn't get in the family plan again after the new invitation emails. It says in red ,, You are unable to join in this Family plan''. After that everyone made new accounts and it was successful in switching to Premium. But not for me. I am with new account and still cant get in the Family Premium plan.  Everything is paid, the addresses are the same, i dont know what to do. Please help

I am suddenly logout from Premium for Family. They checked and notice that my email address suddenly not listed. After inserted back the email address and send an invitation, i receive the invitation, accept the invitation, login and after key in particular follow by SUBMIT button, i was inform You are not able to join this Faminly Plan. What could be the problem
