Joined Family, playlists disappeared

Joined Family, playlists disappeared

My husband started a Family account and I was successful in joining the Family account, but all my Playlists have disappeared. I had a free 6 month Premium account with Rogers and waited for it to expire and then I joined our family account. None of my playlists are there. Cannot find how to contact customer service. Should I start using Apple Music?

I'm sorry to hear that. It has never happened to me so I can't help you out. Maybe the guys at support@spotify.com or support.spotify.com can help you.
