Joining my "premium" daughter to our new "Premium for Family" account..?

Hello,

My daughter has a premium account with an old (inaccessible) email address. I want to transfer her accross to our new family account and cancel her old premium accounts. I am under firm instructions that this should not lose her account information.

Can someone please advise what I need to do. Thanks

Hmmm. What do you mean by inaccessible email? I recommend logging in to her current spotify account and unsubscribe her Premium to stop further charges. Then, she can create a new Spotify account which you can add to you Spotify Family and have her playlists transferred to her new Spotify account. She can fill up this form for assistance in transferring her playlists. Hope this helps 🙂
