Keeping receiving error when trying to join family plan

Keeping receiving error when trying to join family plan

Trying to join my family plan. All live in the same house and entered the correct address when switching. After entering address it just says, “there was a problem please try again later”

Hi there,

 

Thanks for the post.

 

Most likely you need to be in the same physical address as the plan manager when activating your Premium Family and verifying your address. 

 

Make sure you're entering the exact same address as the one set on the manager account. 

 

Also, note that you can switch Premium Family plans only every 12 months. This means that if you've already switched one plan, you won't be able to do it again for the next 12 months.

Hola, no puedo suscribirme al plan familiar ya que pongo los datos de la tarjeta y me salta error y que intente mas tarde, todo el dia estuve tratando y nada por ahora, que puedo hacer en este caso?

Thank you for your reply in this thread. We hope you don't mind us answering in English as this is the official language of the forum.

 

As you've tried with multiple times and it hasn't worked, it'd be best to contact your bank to get more input on why the transactions may be failing.

 

In the meantime, we'd recommend that you try using a completely different payment method. You can find out more info on the payment methods you can use in this article. 

 

If the issue continues, feel free to reach out to our Customer Support team through one of the channels here. They should be able to check what's going on.
