Premium Duo no option to change to

I have a Premium Individual Plan and want to change to Duo.

My Question or Issue

I get an ad on my Spotify to get Spotify Duo, which I want to get for my partner. I have Spotify Premium Individual right now, but when I want to change, I only get the option Spotify Student and Spotify Free, there is no Duo or Family option under available subscriptions. How can I fix this?

Could you post a screenshot of what section of the page you're looking at so we can better navigate you? The upgrade options should be available, that's why we need to just have a look.
