My Question or Issue

Received an email asking to verify my account a week ago. After clicking the link to verify my email, Spotify informed me that I did verify my account. I didn't receive another email letting me know that my account was verified, but I thought nothing of it. A week later (today), received another email saying that I was removed for not verifying my account. Very frustrating and confusing as to how I didn't verify my account.

For this particular case, I'd recommend getting in touch with Customer Support. They'll take a look and do their best to help.

We have 5 people on our family plan everyone but our sons account works his account kicks him out everyday back to the free version and I have to send him a new link everyday for it to work
