Kicked out of the family and can't join again

Hello,

i was living in germany and i was in the family service with my brothers and then i moved to the UAE (spotify not available here) and after 14 days i got removed from the family service.

my brother sent me another invite and i filled everything just to get a message at the end saying this account cant join the family.

please help

Hi @ibrahem_alw!

To ensure that users are residing at the same address one of the terms of the Family Plan. Spotify will remove accounts from Family plans pending verification if their systems think there maybe a breach of the terms of the plan.

Could I ask are you staying in the UAE or will you be returning back to Germany as the plan requires you to reside at the same property.

i wont be coming back for at least 1 and a half years, well if i subscribe to premium for myself only through my german account will it still work even though i'm in the UAE? I'm wondering because spotify isn't available here and i dont want to subscribe for a year and then get the message saying you can only use spotify abroad for 14 days and all of that.
