Switch between family plans

Hi,i already changed my family plan once last month and now that i want to join a new family plan i get the error that i can only change family plans once a year,how can i solve this without opening a new account and join the new family premium plan that we purchased? 

There was a guy telling me that he can help me with it for about 20 $ but i rather learn the trick and do it myself

Thanks for reaching out.

You can only switch from one Premium for Family plan to another once every 12 months.

If you hit this yearly limit, you're not able to switch to another Premium for Family plan at this time.
