My Question or Issue

Hello, around a month ago my brother opened up a premium family plan. One other person was able to join but when I go to click on the link it lets me sign in and that is it. It does not add me to the plan whatsoever. I have logged in, logged out, uninstalled, and reinstalled multiple times.

DEVICE BEING USED IS THE IPHONE XR WITH THE LATEST VERSION OF IOS.

Please tell me if you're seeing any error message(s), and if so, which one's 🙂


Also, what are you seeing on the page where you should be able to accept the invite?

There is no error codes that pop up it lets us log in and then it closes and the premium isn't applied 😞 

I forgot to add the invite page looks completely normal. It takes you to the "Accept Invite" you click to accept it then takes you to the login page. But once you log in it closes out of it and the premium is not applied. It does not take me to the confirm address page.
