Member of a Spotify family has been removed

Member of a Spotify family has been removed

We are 5 guys living on same adress and started the Spotify Family account. One of the member's account has been removed, even when he share the same flat. What can I do with this? And why spotify removed him?

When you accept a family invitation you are required to enter an physical address in a web form. It should be the same as the one the owner of the family account entered when he subscribed to family and in your case it should be the address where you all live at.

Members are removed from Family because Spotify was unable to verify their address for some reason. You can invite him again and make sure he enters the exact same address as the family account owner.

If it happens again you need to contact Spotify directly by using the contact form or @SpotifyCares on Twitter. They will take a look at his account and fix the problem.

what do you exactly mean by "make sure he enters the exact same address as the family account owner"??? He should accept the invitation at the same physical adress (at the same house) as the owner of Family account? Or any other kind of adress as virtual MAC, IP etc?
