Members kick from Family Plan

Members kick from Family Plan

I am trouble with my plan. I add my family members which they also have the same adress as me. When i bought family plan , i just give short adress like  street''1516'' zipcode''6530'' city''ankara''. And my members also give that the same adress , i see with my eyes and i also do that for them myself. But after a while they just discarded the account cause of ''adress doesn't match''. And we can't do it the same process again. I also send a mail about my problem with form to spotify center(https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/?contact). And there is also one more problem about this topic: I can't see adress which add when i bought the family plan(the main adress) maybe some dot or punctiation is different but i can't find it. As I said when I add my members I put true adress but they kick from it and they can't come back with invitation or other ways.

It is amazing how careless Spotify has been by discarding family members that did not see its email to verify the account under a family premium plan. My wife and daughters have been dicarded and I can not put than back on. I will move to Apple Music!
