Missing Premium features for everyone on my premium family plan except me

Missing Premium features for everyone on my premium family plan except me

I'm missing Premium features for everyone on my premium family plan except me. How do I fix this? Why is it this way?

Can you please provide more info about your issue? For example, which Premium features are missing? Can you provide any screenshots to better explain your issue? 🙂

My family members are not able to view any of the audiobooks. That's the main one right now, though I'd guess they don't have any of the features.

Thanks for getting back. 🙂

 

Keep in mind that only the plan manager has access to audiobook listening time from Spotify's audiobooks subscriber catalog and it's, unfortunately, not possible to share audiobook listening time with the plan members.

 

You can double-check with your family members if they have access to the Premium features they're supposed to have when they're part of your Premium Family plan, such as ad-free music listening or being able to play songs in any order.
