Multiple Problems

Multiple Problems

We are a family of four and I would like to sign up for the Premium Family Plan. There are two hurdles I haven't managed to overcome.
1) The system has my personal email stored from years ago (apparently) but that login is inexplicably attached to my wife's information. I sign in with my email and Spotify thinks I'm Betsey. I have not been able to change that profile information. How do I do that?
2) My youngest (15) has many playlists on his Spotify account that he doesn't want to lose when we go to a family plan. He should not be the top account, though -- he's 15 and doesn't pay the bill. If I am ever able to get my login issue resolved, how do I create a new Premium Family Plan with making everyone subordinate to the 15-year-old?

Hey! Welcome to the Spotify Community.

In your case, I think it would be best if you contacted Spotify Support directly, here.

However, I can tell you in advance: your child will keep their playlists as normal, they will continue to use the same account, their playlists, saved songs and preferences will remain unchanged.

Keep me posted.

Cheers,
