My Question or Issue

Recently, my mother had me add her to my account so she could listen to her music on vacation. I upgraded to Premium Duo so we won't keep fighting over music and even had her log in with her own email so she won't connect to my Facebook. However, not only is her music still interuppting mine, but it still shows her playlist being played even when she said she logged off of my Facebook.

Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

I recommend making sure that the account, that is logged into the Spotify app, isn't the same. This should be checked on both devices.

 

Just head into Settings > Account within the Spotify app. There you'll be able to check if the username is the same (which would mean you're using the same account) or if it is, in fact, different.
