My Question or Issue

I recently switched from regular Premium to a Premium Family account and since the change, all my downloaded playlists refuse to play offline. They download fine, have the little downloaded icon on the playlist, they even show up on my home screen when I put my phone on offline mode or leave wifi range. However, the moment I open the playlist, all the songs are greyed out. If I press the play button at the top of the playlist, the error message "This song is not available" pops up. 

 

I have tried every solution recommended - undownload then redownload the playlist(s), clear cache/data, uninstall then reinstall, literally EVERYTHING, and nothing helps. No one else on my family plan experiences this issue.

Have you tried turning on the offline mode of the app as described here? Did this work?
