My account says family premium but my app is still on spotify free

Hi,

I'm having a issue with te app on my phone and on my computer. I am on a family premium account, which I was invited onto by my sister, but the app is still the free version, eventhough my account is family premium. Other accounts work fine for other family members. When I log in on my web browser it works as the premium account.

I have uninstall and re installed the app and also got my sister to remove an re invite me as a member.

Would you have any other ideas?

I am currently experiencing the same problem, my Premium subscription is working on my laptop and upon checking on my browser I am still currently subscribed as a premium family member however my phone shows Basic/free spotify only. I've tried logging in and out as well to no avail.
