I paid for the wrong feature and then I paid for family plan he was already on my plan and they keep having commercials on his account

Thanks for getting back to us, let's see what we can do to help 🙂

 

If your Family plan members have already accepted the invite to your plan but are still on free, could you ask them to check the status of their subscription by going here?

 

If it says that they're on free, they might be logged into the wrong account, in which case they should sign out and sign back in again using their credentials.

 

If they're still having trouble, could you ask them to send us a screenshot of the commercials they're seeing when using Spotify? We'll look into it.
