My family can't be in my premium family

My family can't be in my premium family

I had family premium but the last payment couldn't get made so I make a new payment and in the attempt to add my family again they couldn't because it says a person can only change plans once a year, but its se same plan, Can i do something in order to get them into the plan?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community.

 

You're absolutely right, you should be able to enter a plan again within 12 months if it's the same account manager as before.

 

In this case we recommend that you contact our customer support here so that they can have a closer look backstage.
