My family members still has commercials

My family members still has commercials

Hello.

I have upgrated to premium family, but every one except me, stil has commercials and dont have the premium advantages.

I do not understand what I have done wrong๐Ÿคทโ€โ™€๏ธ

Thanks for reaching out.


You'll first need to invite those family members to your plan. They'll then have to accept the invite using the accounts that they're using before they'll be able to use any Premium features.


You can find out how to invite members at https://support.spotify.com/us/article/invite-remove-family-member/ ๐Ÿ™‚
