My parents canno't enter in Premium Family

I alredy had add my dad in a Premium Family in my account, but when renewed the assinature, my dad was removed, we live in the same house and the same postal code, but he still is removed.

Whats is wrong? Because if I canno't make the account whit my family I don't have reason to keep the assinature.

I really would like help whit this situation.

In this case, could you send a new invitation to your father, ask him to clear his browser's cache/cookies and trying to accept your invitation to Premium for Family subscription using an incognito window or a different browser?

I already tried in different browsers and devices, but always show the message "Can't add Sergio in the Family Plan, please try again"
