My sister has been removed from my Family account

My Question or Issue

You asked my sister our address and as she did not have time to answer you removed her from my Family account. Could you please send her a new form to fill and add her to my Premium account?

If you want to add your sister again to your Family plan, you just need to follow these steps:

  1. Go to your account page here.
  2. Scroll down to Manage your family accounts.
  3. Select the option to add or remove members.

From there, you can send the invitation to your sister one more time, so she can join your Family plan. If this doesn't do the trick, the best way to go would be to contact our Customer Support team, so they can check your accounts. You can find out how to contact them here.
