My son's invitation to Family Premium Plan doesn't work

My son's invitation to Family Premium Plan doesn't work

We had the family plan but it was canceled when I paid late last moth. We had to do all over again, send invitations an suscribe users one by one.  But one of my sons can't suscribe to my family plan . It showed this: "It was not possible to join this family plan. Need help? see our FAQ guide".   Can you please check it out.

I'd recommend telling your son to reach out to Support so the team can look into this.
