No me puedo unir al plan familiar

No me deja unirme a un plan familiar, ya tenia años usando la misma cuenta, con el mismo titular del plan familiar, al momento de enviarme este último link para unirme, no me deja ya que dice que es de otro país, ya revisamos ambos nuestras cuentas y esta en México, ponemos la misma dirección, lo intento desde modo incógnito, desde la PC y en ningún lado me deja unirme al plan por el mismo error.

We appreciate the troubleshooting you've tried so far. Since you've covered all the basics, we'd recommend joining another plan with users from the same household or start your own Premium plan.
