Soy el administrador del grupo familiar pero ya no podre pagar la cuenta, podria cambiar al administrador?

Hi there,

 

Thanks for your post here in the Community. We hope you don't mind a reply in English as it's the official language of the Community.

 

It is possible to change the Family plan owner. You would need to cancel the subscription on your account and then wait until the Premium time finishes. Once that happens, all the accounts will revert to free (no worries, no one will lose their saved content). Then the new owner can subscribe from their account and send an invite to the other users.

 

However, there's something important to take into account and is that plan members can only change plans once every 12 months. That means that if any of the members already changed plans within the last 12 months, they won't be able to join the new plan. That's why we don't recommend changing the plan owner. It's best to just update the payment method from the current family owner's account (you can use another user's payment method). That way you can keep the current plan and none of the members will have issues.
