No option to add member under 13 in account settings

My Question or Issue

I'm trying to add a member who is aged under 13.  I've followed the instructions to login on my phone, go to settings / account / Premium Family / add members to your plan.  The instructions say to click on add member under 13.  But that option is not presenting to me.  Only an invite members button which lets me send a link which does not work for my 12 yo child.

Thanks for reaching out.

For kids under 13, you can create a Spotify Kids profile linked to your Premium Family plan. This will allow them to enjoy a tailored experience using the Spotify Kids app. You can find all the steps to set this up in this support article.

Once the profile is created, you’ll just need to download the Spotify Kids app on their device, where you can log in and they can then start listening.

Hi,

Same problem here. I bought Premium Family plan for Christmas to allow my daughter to listen. There was a lot of joy, but ...

- she can't create an account as she's under 13 and

- Spotify Kids is not available in our country. 

So I guess, I just wasted money on buying the premium plan 😞

Any solution? Many thanks!
