My Question or Issue

Good Evening, hope you are well. 

I have a slight problem regarding the payment for Premium Family. This year would be the third year me and my family will use Spotify Premium, and in the past we paid for the entire year in one shot. Our Premium Family expired today (11/01/2025) and I wanted to renew our subscription, but the option to prepay for the entire year isn’t available anymore. 
We prefer to pay upfront for the year than monthly payments. 

Can you please help me, and tell me what I can do?

The availability of offers and plans can, unfortunately, change over time and can vary between countries/regions.

You can find all currently available options on the page you've posted a screenshot of as well as on https://spotify.com/premium. 🙂

Same issue with India. Cmon, this is not good
