Offre étudiante déjà souscrite alors que je suis encore en abonnement free

Bonjour,

J'ai voulu souscrire l'abonnement premium étudiant, j'ai donc fait valider mon statut d'étudiant mais  au moment de rentrer les codes bancaires, je suis revenue à la page d'accueil. Depuis, quand j'essaye de m'abonner à premium, un message me dit que j'ai déjà profité de l'offre étudiant mais je suis toujours en abonnement free.

Comment faire?

Let's try clearing your browser's cache and cookies or using an incognito window to get the discount rolling.

If you continue getting the same error message, make sure you didn't add the discount to a different account. Here's a handy support page with suggestions on how to find other accounts with your information.
