Our invitations for Family-accounts won´t take us to the right page...

We have registered for Family Premium and all of us get the invitations in our mailboxes. But when we follow the links we are all directed to a page that looks like an account-managing-page. Not the "Welcome to Family" page. So we can not get started with personal accounts... allthough we´ve been paying for it since x-mas.

What to do?

Hey @Svalebo,

have you tried to use an incognito tab, clear the cookies of your browser and use another browser or device?

When this doesn't work, you should try to use another internet connection (e.g. cellular data instead of WiFi).
