My Songs keep disappearing

This is becoming extremly frustrating.

Ive follwed every post on disappearing tracks, and so far nothing posted has helped.

I have unistalled and reinstalled, i have formated my SD card, I only use Spotify on one device, but yet songs dont stay on device.

Getting very close to kicking Spotify and using Google..

Any advice would be handy

Hey! Welcome to the Spotify Community 🙂

 Since you have posted this on the Spotify For Families forum, I guess that you have a Spotify Family subscription. So this is my advice, if you are on this plan. 

It sounds like you've given the other members your account instead of creating an account for them. Like that only one person at the time can listen to music.

Instead tell your family members to create a Spotify account each and then from over here, then go to Family, you can invite them to your Family subscription. Now you and up to 5 other Family members with their own account can listen to music simoutaneously.

Ummm no. That's not correct.

I'm the only user using this account.

Are you having problems with songs unexpectidly removed from being available offline?

If so, try checking out this guide: https://support.spotify.com/article/listen-offline-troubleshooting/ Follow all these steps and see if it helps, it should help you out.

Ummm their is nothing in that link that has anything to do with songs disappearing and this is becoming highly frustrating as you've actually haven't provided any help.

So, again. Why are songs that I download keep vanishing? No one has access to this account. It is loaded on one device only.

Hey @davyrocketing,

If you're experiencing songs being removed from Offline Mode, there's a section in that link called 'Downloads unexpectedly removed' which should answer your questions about why that's happening for you.

If it's just happening for you on your account on one device, those tips should resolve this. Be sure to follow all the steps in that particular section.
