PREMIUM MEMBER YET CAN'T GET INVITE TO WORK 4 DAUGHTER????

My Question is that my husband is the account holder for our Family Premium however we can't access his account off the FB page where our premium account is off of for some reason but his free one is still accessible though? We are trying to add our daughter on our account. She is able to get on mine but she keeps knocking me off everytime I try to listen to my music now. We still have room on our premium account to add 2 more people. So how do we find out how to fix this?

Since your husband is having troubles accesing his Premium account, we'd first recommend checking this support article for more info on how he can access his account. 

If he sees an error message when trying to log in his account, it'd be helpful if you could post a screenshot of that error message so we can take a look. Just make sure that no personal or sensitive info is visible.
