PROBLEM SPOTIFY FAMILY

Solved!

PROBLEM SPOTIFY FAMILY

Hi, adding members to the family plan appears them, when they click TO invitation: "you can not join the family plan". They are members that I deleted and then I added again for change of address because they put in the moment of registration, wrongly, their address of residence in the registry office instead of the one where we live together at the university. What can I do? Thanks

Hi @nabuk, thanks for writing!

It's currently not possible to change a user's address. Be aware as well that we can only switch from one Family plan to another once every 12 months.

I would need more details regarding your situation, but in this case I suggest you get in touch with the Spotify Cares staff - They'll be happy to help you further with this.

There are a few ways to contact them. One is filling out the online contact form.

Another great way is to reach Spotify via Twitter - just send them a Direct Message @SpotifyCares.

You can also use the Facebook support. Shoot them a message here: Spotify Cares.

When you message them, inform all the e-mail addresses on the plan.

Let me know if this helps!
