No se registró cambio a plan familiar, sino que me abonó tres meses del plan individual. Quiero el familiar

Hola hice el cambio de cuenta duo a el familiar y me cobraron como plan familiar pero solo me permite dos cuentas

If you can only add two accounts to the plan, most likely your account is still set to Premium Duo. This can happen for a few reasons:

  • The payment for Premium Family didn't go through and the sum was automatically refunded to your bank account. Check you bank statements if that is the case, and try presubscribing to Premium Family.
  • It's also possible that you've signed up for Premium Family on another Spotify account, that was logged in your device. The account could belong to another family member, or it could be another account created by you with another email address or through Facebook.
