Minha conta Premium familiar na qual todos moramos no mesmo endereço se desfaz só ao final do mes, o pagamento é via cartão é não há atrasos, gostaria que resolvessem o incoveniente, pois não aguento mais ter que criar novas contas pra todos por que após isso não consigo ativar o premium e colocá-los novamente...

Are your family members getting any error messages when joining your Premium for Family plan? A screenshot of what you see on your end would really help us point you in the right direction.

In the meantime, try using a different browser or an incognito window for your family members to join the plan.
