Premium Family cancelled and reactivaded

Premium Family cancelled and reactivaded

Good morning, i've cancelled my spotify family and premium account today but, some minutes later, i've checked that the account has been active again with no authorization. 

 

I want to request the payment cancelled and cancel the membership.

Hi @jasodo, thanks for writing!

 

When we cancel a Premium subscription, the account stays Premium for however long you have paid. 

 

If you click on the link bellow you'll see the status. Let me know if it's correct!
