Premium Family - problems to get it back

I used to be a member of my group on the Premium family account but a week ago the verification expired and I forgot to verify on time so they kicked me out. I don't know how I can get back in because before I didn't tell them my adress which was the problem. Now they have the adress but it still doesn't work and the invitation link doesn't work either.

I hope to get it fixed. Thanks in advance. I would appreciate your help! 🙂
